Beyond default improvements, SSL/TLS, and DNSSEC, Cloudflare lets all customers adjust the following settings to improve site security.

In the security section Open external link of your Cloudflare dashboard, review the following settings:

• WAF custom rules
• Rate limiting rules
• IP access rules
• User Agent Blocking rules
• Various Security settings

In the Scrape Shield section Open external link of your Cloudflare dashboard, review the following settings:

• Email Address Obfuscation
• Hotlink Protection
• Server-side Excludes (deprecated)
